Layered Wall with Insulation – Sandwich Wall
The insulated three-layer wall is a precast wall element made of two low-porosity reinforced concrete slabs with internal thermal insulation, joined together without thermal bridges. In this wall element, the outer, non-load-bearing reinforced slab provides excellent mechanical protection for the thermal insulation. Structural reinforcement, tailored to individual requirements, is provided in the inner slab.
A structural wall system is created once the elements are installed on site.
Layered Wall – Installation Without Extra Work
Layered concrete panels are precast exterior walls with high load-bearing capacity and durability. Each panel consists of: a smooth concrete layer on the interior side, an insulation layer meeting thermal standards, and an outer concrete layer.
Thanks to the integrated insulation, the panels require no additional work after installation. This means shorter construction time, less equipment use on site, and the elimination of costly formwork. Any facade texture can also be applied, combining high aesthetics with functionality.
Durability, Safety, and Versatile Application
Layered walls are designed to meet investor requirements and strict quality criteria. They can include window and door openings of any shape, as well as be prepared for electrical and plumbing installations. The maximum production thickness is 30 cm.
Depending on thickness and joint type, the fire resistance of the precast elements can reach up to REI 240. The outer facade layer can be finished with any cladding, offering wide architectural freedom.
Layered walls are used in:

- commercial and industrial facilities,
- service and agricultural buildings.
